How Aegis Code handles Discord identity, sessions, projects, licenses, and encrypted source.
What we process
Aegis Code uses Discord OAuth for sign-in. Depending on how you use the service, we process your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, verified email received through Discord OAuth, recovery email if you provide one, IP address and User-Agent for active sessions, projects, encrypted source and release metadata, license records, runtime and action logs, and subscription records.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, keep sessions secure, protect and deliver projects, validate licenses, record security-relevant actions, provide support, and apply subscription limits. Public source-delivery routes return protected release output. Stored source and release artifacts are encrypted at rest; issued license keys are validated using hashes. Some Discord redemption records also retain an encrypted key for authorized delivery.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses necessary HttpOnly session cookies and a short-lived OAuth state cookie. It does not load advertising or analytics cookies. The interface is provided in English; a language preference left in browser storage by an older version is no longer used.
Limits of source protection
Encryption at rest protects stored records. Obfuscation makes a delivered release harder to analyse, but it cannot guarantee confidentiality after code reaches a client-controlled runtime. A third party may inspect execution, copy a release, or reconstruct its logic. Keep passwords, API secrets, and other sensitive credentials on systems you control rather than in distributed scripts.
Retention and requests
Sessions expire automatically after seven days. Other records are retained according to the account, subscription, and cleanup rules implemented by the service. Contact the owner using the configured support channel to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
